At the moment the latest stable current video driver version of Nvidia is 285.62 [Released : Oct 24 2011].
Although Nvidia has been releasing several beta versions of the drivers but the graphics giant has been very lazy in releasing stable version of the video drivers. That's something AMD doesn't lack as it always ensures optimized gameplay performance through stable driver releases.
